Science Department

The Department of Science at Nadi Muslim College is dedicated to cultivating a deep appreciation for science among students. With a mission to innovate in science education, the department emphasizes hands-on learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that prepare students for future academic and career pursuits.

The department offers the subjects: Basic Science for Years 9 and 10, Biology and Chemistry for Years 11, 12 & 13.

There are two Science Labs- BIOLOGY and CHEMISTRY. Each of the two labs are quite well equipped with resources such as apparatuses, equipment’s, chemicals, models, projector and panel for teaching and learning of Science.

Students pursuing Biology or Chemistry gain skills applicable to a wide range of fields, including healthcare, biotechnology, environmental sciences, academia, public health, science communication, and industrial chemistry.
