“Beyond the Classroom: Recognizing Dedication”

We are delighted to share the success of the Teachers’ Day Awards and Appreciation Night held at Nadi Muslim College on Thursday, December 14, 2024. This evening was a heartfelt tribute to the incredible dedication, passion, and commitment of the teaching staff of Nadi Muslim Primary School and Nadi Muslim College.

Organized by the FML Nadi Branch Management, in collaboration with the Ex-Scholars and the Student Council, the event was an extraordinary celebration of our educators’ profound impact on the lives of students and the community.

A Night to Remember

The evening commenced with a warm welcome and Quran Tilawat, followed by insightful addresses from the FML Nadi Branch President, Haji Abdul Afiz, and the Host, Haji Javed Ahmed. The theme, “Beyond the Classroom: Recognizing Dedication”, was introduced by the Student Council, setting the tone for an evening of reflection, celebration, and laughter.

Highlights of the Evening Included:

• Appreciation Awards:
  Every teacher and staff member received a plaque or certificate in recognition of their invaluable contributions.
• Fun Activities and Games:
  Teachers participated in icebreakers, quizzes, and team activities that showcased their camaraderie and spirit.
• Special Awards:
  The prestigious Teacher of the Year Awards were presented to outstanding educators from both schools, alongside fun awards such as Best Dressed male and female and attendance awards.
• Management Awards:
  Special acknowledgments were given to key management figures for their exceptional service to the institution.

A Show-Stealing Performance

A standout moment of the night was the comedic drama staged by School Manager Hafiz Khan and Committee Member Shakil Ali, humorously replicating the dynamic personality of our Principal. The performance had everyone in fits of laughter and added a lively charm to the evening.

Gratitude and Acknowledgment

We extend our sincere gratitude to the FML Nadi Branch Management, the Ex-Scholars, and the Student Council for their dedication in organizing this memorable event. A special thanks to the President and Executive team for their leadership and initiative in setting a new benchmark for recognizing educators.

The evening not only celebrated the achievements of our teachers but also strengthened the bond between the school management, staff, and the community.
